The details :

  • Check-in at 3pm check-out at 11am, late check-in may be available at a charge.

  • Apartment is in a residential building and parties, hen/stag do's and excessive noise will not be tolerated.

  • Elevator access is available from ground floor level to the front door of the apartment. Within the penthouse there are two flights of stairs (apartment is across three floors), and a small staircase must be ascended to enter the building from the street and also to access the roof terrace.

  • Additional cleaning and towel/linen services during your stay can be arranged at an additional charge.

"Fabulous apartment, even better than the pictures. We were six females on a weekend break. The beds were super comfortable with great bed linen and towels. The apartment was very well stocked with all utensils, glasses and crockery. Across the road from the sea and about 25 minutes walk along the seafront to the centre of Brighton. "A fantastic apartment to see Brighton from, with great cafes nearby. Communication from the agency has been excellent and quick and we loved our stay. The fabulous kitchen diner area is a great place for family meals. The roof terrace is an excellent feature and really gives the apartment a little extra."

"The apartment is stylishly decorated and has everything you might need. All bedrooms have access to either a shower or bath, one bathroom includes a toilet, the other two don’t but there is a separate WC, which is great. Fabulous views and you can see the sea."
